Empowering Careers: The Goal of the ICAP Program

The MSU Denver Industry Career Advising Program (ICAP) is designed to increase student and employee engagement by connecting students 1:1 with industry professionals. This program provides students with opportunities to learn about various career paths, receive personalized resumes and LinkedIn reviews, and gain valuable career tips.

The goal is to not only boost student retention and graduation rates by ensuring they feel supported and prepared for the workforce but also to contribute to Colorado’s economic growth by fostering strong connections between academia and industry. By bridging the gap between education and employment, the program aims to equip students with the tools and insights needed to succeed in their careers, ultimately benefiting both the students and the broader economic landscape.
